I showed at 10 till 6 and was paid in and headed to the fishing docks where I boarded the Elk Hunter Express.Hoghunter would be our companion for the day and we headed out to search for the biggest fish of the day.In short order we started putting fish in the boat.For some reason Dick had me put the first fish back, a small 1 lber and Alan says "you never put the first fish back when there is a bet!!" dough Well it didnt matter we sent back fish after fish and I got to test a Draggin or 2 and caught fish on both and the spinners did well too. I used only one rod and of the 36 we got in the net or shook off I had 10 .A good day of testing. I think Amador has changed the bite isnt just grubs and rapalas anymore.
The "princess boat" (Dick named it that) with Dennis and James and Ron Bass also put a great # of fish in the net the tally was over 60 fish in the 2 Ducks.We headed up to camp and bs and drink and we did that.At one point James gave his best man and groomsman the gifts he ordered.A set of Draggins painted red dot frog in a 8",6",4",3"and a skinny (I threw in a bug to round it off)were given out and the guys seemed real happy(Alan,Dick,Ron) hope they fish them and do well!.Alan asked me to build James a special Lure we named the bitch
it has a red ass and 2 rows of tits.
I also gave him a special lure... lets just say when Lisa takes his!!, you know, to put in her purse he will have one to keep with him and it will serve as a lure as well.
We ate some great food prepared by Dick and he also provided the Breakfast burritos and the sandwiches for the day,What a guy! Alan a pleasure to fish aboard the Duck .Dennis good to see you and good talking to you.
