 Post subject: Bodega Crab and Ling cod trip

Josh and I headed out to Bodega for a shot at the crab .Armed with 2 pots and plenty of salmon parts to feed them we launched and headed north. Dropped the two pots off near Carmet and headed to Ft. Ross to try our hand at jigging for Rockys. Wasn't long and Josh had on a rock fish and soon enough we had some nice lings in the boat.Josh got a real nice Green one ,this was the first time he fished for rockys I think he will be doing it again soon. We also got 2 real nice Vermillion.We must have hooked up 30-40 fish during the couple hrs we fished.Started below Ft Ross and went as far north as Timber cove. He3aded back to the pots to see what we caught. 17 total jumbo crab turns out to be a very productive day for our first try.
