My friend Steve aka Reelin joined for another salmon try. Launched at 6:15 am. We anchored up just past the bridge and was fishin at 6:22 am. We set out four rods three flatfish and one spinner. At 10:48 I get the first salmon. The fish was 8.2 lbs and was caught on a silver M-2 Flatfish with a sardine rap. That turned out to be the only fish for us. There was maybee a 10 boat fleet around us. We fished till 1:30 pm and saw maybee 5 fish caught including ours. My set up was a wire splitter. 12 inches to the weight and 36 inches to the lure. It took 5 ounces to keep the lures on the bottom.
Stats- Air Temp- L-56* H- 88*, Water Temp- 63.3*, water clarity 11 inches, skies- mostly cloudy then sunny, wind- calm, Hrs fished- 6:22 am till 1:30 pm
