Kokoloco joined me for a cold morning troll for stripers. We headed to the Port Of Sacramento and launched at 7:15 am. We started trolling the Basin right away but found nothing. Trolled the channel but found real dirty water starting from the Fertilizer plant and all the way South. At 11:15 am Koko got the only striper of the day, a 21 inch lineside. The fish fell for a DD Clown Walleye Runner with a weighted splitter and 1/2 oz Fish Trap. He had 125 ft of line out. For the day we trolled around 2.2 to 2.5 mph. No scent.

States-Air temp L 31* H 56*, water temp- 48.8*, Clarity- 6'' stained, Tides- L 1:12 am H 6:27 am L 11:35 am, Skies- patchy fog then sunny, Wind- South 0-6 mph, Hrs fished 7:19 am till 12:18 pm

Koko, What the heck?

Marked a ton of fish and bait in the dirty water but no takers. Found out a ship came up last night and messed the whole channel up.

Good question Rich. I have no idea.

I have the boat at SPM to finally get the fuel gauge fixed, the electric choke fixed on the kicker, and hook up the VHF to the fish finder.
